Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also given a letter dated 06.03.2017 to the Registry.
2.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the proceedings of the Chief Engineer/Civil/Transmission in Lr.No.CE/C/TR/SE/C-II/TR/EE 3/T-1876/LOA.2758/D.318/17 dated 22.02.2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
