This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Varanasi to decide the Case No. 1164 of 2012 (Hemlata Vs. Deen Dayal Ranjan and others) Case Crime No. 274A of 2007, under Sections 325, 504, 506, 452 and 379 I.P.C., Police Station- Sarnath, District Varanasi within the stipulated period.
The trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is disposed of.
