The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 16.06.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 3236 of 2021 (Hemant Kurchaniya @ Hemu Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the applicant that the present petition has become infrctuous and prays for its dismissal Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infrctuous.
