JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 54
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 41919 of 2019 Petitioner :- Hem Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar Upadhyay,Sarvesh Chandra Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Rajiv Joshi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State.
The present writ petition under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to quash the final centre allotment report published by respondent no.3, Secretary, Secondary, Education Board, U.P. Prayagraj, accepting the proposal centre allotment report dated 11.11.2019 recommended by District Level Committee for allotment of Siddharth Inter College, Nagla Chandan, Kasganj, as a Examination Centre for conducting Board Examination for the year 2020.
The petitioner's claim to be the founder Manager of the Committee of Management, Siddharth Inter College, Nagla Chandan, Kasganj.
It reflects from the record that there is some disputes with regard to Committee of Management and the petitioner has no locus to look into the affairs of the college known as Siddharth Inter College, Nagla Chandan, Kasganj, and merely the petitioner being a complainant, who has filed a complaint against the allotment of the centre to the said college for conducting Board Examination for the year 2020 cannot be said to have any locus.
The writ petition file at his behest is not maintainable. The writ petition lacks merit and, is accordingly, dismissed.
