Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
By means of the present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India learned counsel for the petitioners seeks quashing of the impugned order dated 6.7.2019 passed by Assistant Registrar, Firms, Society and Chits, Allahabad, respondent No.3, whereby list of the Committee of Management of the Society as well as General Body for the year 2019-2020 submitted by respondent No.4, alleged Committee of Management, has been approved.
The impugned order dated 6.7.2019 passed by Assistant Registrar, Firms, Society and Chits, Allahabad, respondent No.3 reveals that the approval was subject to the decision of Regional Level Committee, Prayagraj Region pursuant to the order dated 18.5.2018 passed in Writ-C No.18007 of 2018. Petitioners claimed to be the life members of the General Body of the Society and they have not filed any objection before passing the impugned order.
Under these circumstances, petitioners are directed to raise their grievances before the Regional Level Committee, Prayagraj Region where the dispute with regard to the election in question is pending pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.5.2018 passed in Writ-C No.18007 of 2018.
