No.2612/204 as per Annexure-N.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary hearing this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This petition is filed by the petitioners against the order dated 23.06.2014 passed by the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in I.R. No.708/2014 on I.A. No.2612/2014 as per Annexure-N wherein, the request of the petitioner for extension of stay is rejected and liberty is reserved to the Bank to proceed in accordance with law.
2. This Court has granted the interim order on 02.07.2014 subject to the condition that the petitioner has to deposit Rs.20 lakh with this Court within ten days. Till today the petitioner has not deposited that amount. Even on merits also, petitioner has no case.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
