JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY. RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents has brought to our notice that the State Government has passed the order through G.O.Rt.No.282, Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Department dated 20.01.2017 agreeing with the opinion of the Advisory Board that there is no sufficient cause for the detention of the accused and the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the petitioner dated 03.12.2016 has been revoked and hence, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed. A copy of the order passed by the Government is kept on records.
