Learned Advocate Mr. P.P. Khamboja on behalf of Mr. N.K. Majmudar appearing for the applicant convict submits that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/= (One Lac Only) with the Trial Court before the returnable date, i.e. 16th January, 2012.
The sentence imposed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court is suspended till the returnable date. The applicant shall be released on bail on a condition of executing a bond of Rs.10,000/= (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and one surety of the like amount till the next date of hearing.
Direct Service is permitted.
