Mr.Pushpadatta Vyas, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent Nos.1/1 to 1/5 and Mr.Kabir Hathi, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.2.
With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original appellants for fixing early date for final hearing of the main appeal being Second Appeal No.58 of 2000.
Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the main appeal is of the year 2000, registry is directed to notify main appeal being Second Appeal No.58 of 2000 for final hearing in the week commencing from 8th October, 2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
