Heard Sri Mohit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.K. Dixit, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.
Sri S.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel has appeared for third party who has not been arrayed as respondent in the writ petition.
The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for a direction to consider the matter for grant of license to hold weekly cattle market in village Alipur Attrena (Dabheri), Pargana and Tehsil Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar for the year 2019-20.
Learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 3 was directed to obtain instructions in the matter and according to his instructions, the applications for grant of the license of the petitioners have been considered vide order dated 24.7.2019. A copy of the said order has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid order, the desired relief appears to have been granted to the petitioners and in case, petitioners are not satisfied with the same, they may challenge it in an appropriate forum as may be advised.
The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
