This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 10.10.1986 passed by Special Judge, Shahjahanpur in Special Case No. 1 of 1986, under Section 3/7 E.C. Act, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Shahjahanpur.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur vide letter dated 29.7.2021 has informed that appellant - Hasim has died.
The death confirmation report has also been sent. Hence, this appeal stands abated against the sole appellant - Hasim.
Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
