Heard Shri Syed Ali Imam, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court raising a grievance that he is duly appointed Assistant Teacher in Arabic and Farsi Madarsa Babul-Ilm, Niswa, Mubarakpur, District-Azamgarh. The said appointment was made on 2.8.2012 since then the petitioner is teaching in the said institution. However, from the very beginning salary etc. was not being paid by the Committee of Management although work was being taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Registrar/Inspector, U.P. Madarsa Shiksha Parishad under the Arabic and Farsi Madarsa Approval, Administration and Service Rules 2016. Similar representation has also been made to the District, Minority Welfare Officer but no decision has been taken so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the respondent no. 2, the same shall be considered by the respondent no. 2, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is presented before respondent no. 2.
