The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 367 of 2016, u/s 302, 506 IPC, P.S. Jaithra, District Etah with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having regard to the fact that the applicant along with his associates murdered a young girl in broad day light by pulling her Chunni and causing knife injury on account of which she died on the spot. I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
