JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.SK Bukhari, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Imram Pathan, learned advocate for respondent No.1, upon instructions from their respective clients, state that the petitioners Harunbhai shall now deposit Rs.1 Lac more before the trial Court, and on the amount being deposited, the matter may not be required to be proceeded further. However, some time is requested for depositing said amount. S.O to 14.02.2012.
