JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Anand L. Sharma, learned advocate for the P.V. Hathi, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 have placed on record a note dated 06.09.2005. The note is signed by Mr. Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner as well as by Mr.Hathi, learned advocate for the respondents. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent Nos.2 to 6 are the supporting respondents who supported the case of petitioner. In the aforesaid note dated 06.09.2005, the parties have jointly stated that the dispute between the parties has been mutually and amicably settled outside the Court. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner has identified the signature of his client.
2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, Mr. Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The note dated 06.09.2005 is ordered to be maintained on record. The request made by the learned advocate for the petitioner is accepted, particularly in view of the fact that the learned advocate for the respondents has no objection.
3. The request by the petitioner's advocate is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands vacated. No costs.
