Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
By way of this application, the applicant has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail since the family members of the applicant wants to treat the applicant who is stated to be mentally ill. From the jail report, it appears that the furlough has become due.
Under the circumstances, the application is not entertained at this stage. However, it is directed to the competent authority that the furlough leave application of the applicant be considered and decided within a period of two weeks.
Application is disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
