This S.C.C. revision under Section 25 of Provincial of Small Causes Court Act, 1887 has been filed by the revisionist praying to set aside the order dated 20.05.2019 in S.C.C. Suit No.05 of 2017 (Rama Devi vs. Dharmendra), whereby the impleadment applications of the revisionist (Paper No.Ga-17 and Ga-20) have been rejected.
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the revisionist states that the revisionist does not want to press this revision, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
