O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner claiming to be an educational institution established under the provisions of the Indian Trust Act is before this Court seeking for a writ of mandamus. It is contended that the said institution has started D.Ed., course, recognized by the Government. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representation dated 16.08.2018 made seeking for payment of reimbursement of the fees towards SC and ST students for D.Ed., course in terms of the Notification dated 25.05.2007 issued by the respondent No.1 has remained unconsidered.
3. In the circumstances, there is no legal impediment for the respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-D and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law.
4. Hence, the respondent No.3 shall take a decision on the representation dated 16.08.2019 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. The compliance shall be made in an expedite manner in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
