Heard learned counsel for parties.
The Court notes that the instant writ petition has been preferred in respect of a B.T.C. Training Course which was conducted in 2008. Presently, the Court has not been shown any material to establish that the aforesaid course is still open or that it is permissible for the petitioners to seek admission. It is manifest that this petition has for all practical purposes been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner however has referred to a decision of the Full Bench rendered in Jitendra Kumar Soni And Others Vs. State of U.P. And Others [Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 3733 of 2009, decided on 13 August 2010]. However, the Court notes that the aforesaid decision was rendered in 2010. In any case and as noted above, the Court cannot grant any effective relief in the absence of the petitioner having established that the course in question is still ongoing.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
