Learned Advocate Mr. PC Master states that his name is wrongly shown on the Board. Petitioners had already taken away papers from him long before and now, learned Advocate Mr. Arun H. Mehta as also learned advocate Mr. Haresh B. Shah are appearing for the petitioner. When the matter is called out, none has appeared for the petitioners. Office is directed to delete name of learned advocate Mr. PC Master for the petitioner. This matter is allowed to Stand Over to next week as none of the advocates has appeared when the matter is called out.
