1. Heard learned Advocate for petitioner and learned AGP Mr. JK Shah for respondent No.1.
2. Considering submissions made by learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner in respect to grievance voiced in this petition, let petitioner approach respondents by way of detailed representation to place/station him in the districts adjoining Surat like Bharuch, Vadodara etc. within period of one month from today.
3. As and when respondents receive such representation from petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and examine grievance of petitioner and then to decide the same sympathetically.
4. In view of these observations and directions, this petition is disposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits. It is also clarified that the respondent authorities may not be prejudiced by the allegations made in the petition. Notice is discharged. Direct service is permitted.
