Though by order dated 12.4.2012 passed in present petition, the matter is admitted for final hearing and interim directions are issued, through typographical error, the last line of the said order is written as "With the aforesaid observations and direction, present petition stands disposed of".
Hence, the said last line of the order dated 12.4.2012, i.e. "With the aforesaid observations and direction, present petition stands disposed of", be deleted.
Necessary deletion be made and fresh order be issued accordingly.
The note for "Speaking to Minutes" dated 20.4.2012 stands disposed of accordingly.
