(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the averments made in the application, we find that for effective adjudication of the dispute involved in the main writ-application, the amendment proposed should be allowed. Accordingly, let there be an order in terms of para-8[A] and 8[B] of the application. The applicant is directed to serve copy of the main writ-application along with the present application upon the newly added respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
