Heard Sri Balendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gauri Shankar, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to arrest the respondent no. 4 and 5 in Case Crime No. 0290 of 2016, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Mahewaghat, District Kaushambi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case and his daughter has not yet been recovered, who has enticed away by the accused respondent nos. 4 and 5. He further submitted that the accused persons had earlier filed writ petition in civil side being Writ-C No. 244 of 2017, copy of the order has been annexed at page no. 19 of the writ petition. He further argued that the whereabouts of the daughter of the petitioner is still unknown and investigation of the case is not progressing.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned as well as efforts be made for recovery of the victim expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The S.P., Kaushambi is directed to ensure the compliance of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
