Case has been called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press the revision. Learned A.G.A. is present on behalf of the State.
Perused the record.
The revision has been filed against the order dated 12.09.1991 passed by the Special Judge, Rampur in Special Case No.10 of 1991 by which the revisionist was summoned in exercise of power under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
The record reveals that on 19.12.1991 the revisionist's counsel was required to file a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith copy of the charge sheet and the statement of PW-1 recorded during the course of trial.
According to office report, the revisionist has not filed any supplementary affidavit.
There appears no interim order in the revision.
Under the circumstances, the trial must have been concluded rendering the revision infructuous and therefore no one has appeared to press the revision. Revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
