Haribhai Kaliabhai Nayak vs State Of Gujarat &

High Court Of Gujarat|27 April, 2015

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule. Service of rule is waived by Mr. Pandya, Ld. APP for the respondent.
Considering the averments made in the letter application for temporary bail, wherein it is contended by the petitioner that he had never been released on bail or parole for last nine years and there is necessity to ascertain whereabouts of his daughters after death of his mother and wife, it seems that it would be appropriate to release the petitioner on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his actual release, on his furnishing Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/7906/2015 ORDER personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and on usual terms and conditions with additional condition that he shall mark his presence before Palanpur City Police Station on every 3rd day.
The application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
(S.G.SHAH, J.) Pansala.
