The applicant has prayed for grant of bail in Case Crime No. 368 of 2018 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 376, 511 and 328 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Lisadi Gate, District Meerut.
From the allegations made in the FIR and the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it is evident that the act of the attempt to rape as well as bodily harm caused to the victim is directly attributed to the applicant. There is no occasion to grant bail to the applicant at this stage.
The application, accordingly, stands dismissed.
