2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 26.2.1992 passed by Sri Virendra Singh, VIth Additional District Judge, Bijnor in Criminal Appeal No.40 of 1991, Kewal vs. State and others and Criminal Appeal No.48 of 1991 Veer Singh vs. State whereby both the appeals have been allowed by common judgment and opposite party nos.2 to 5 have been acquitted from the charges under Sections 323, 325, 504 read with 34 IPC.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
