1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of FCI, Mr. R.K. Singh and Ms. Harshita Rani who has filed power for respondent No. 1. The power filed by Harshita Rani is taken on record.
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by non decision of his departmental appeals dated 20.10.2016 and 28.01.2017 pending before respondent No. 2.
3. The writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the pending appeal if not already decided, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
