Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“Issue a writ of mandamus directing to Respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid pending Restoration Application No. 68 of 2013 filed on 20.08.2013 in partition suit no. 437 of 2021 Shiv Kumar Vs. Hareram under section 176 U.P.Z.A.L.R. Act 1950 Village- Sultanpur, Tehsil- Rasra, District Ballia, of the petitioner as early as possible.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
