JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. It is jointly submitted that in view of an amicable settlement and dispute is resolved with regard to Sections 323, 364, 507, 114 of Indian Penal Code between the accused and the complainant who are students this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 be considered in the context of subject matter, nature of dispute and prayer made herein.
2. At the outset, learned advocate for the applicants submit that so far allegations levelled in the complaint, it arise out of trivial dispute and due to intervention of the elderly members of the family of the applicants as well as of the complainant misunderstanding and bitterness is now removed and they are students and to see that continuation of proceeding of criminal in nature would jeopardize their future prospects and now the complainant has no objection if the complaint is quashed as per affidavit dated 26.4.2012, the application be allowed and the complaint be quashed and set aside.
3. Considering overall facts as above and now the complainant has no objection and the dispute is amicably solved and further the scuffle has taken place out of relationship and the accused as well as the complainant are students, at this stage a case is made out by the applicants to exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code and accordingly, this application is allowed and the impugned complaint is quashed and set aside with no order as to costs.
4. Direct service is permitted.
