Notice to the respondents returnable on 21st February 2012 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit with the trial Court a sum of Rs. 25,000/= {rupees twenty five thousand} in H.M.P No. 218 of 2011 within one week from today. The petitioner shall also deposit a further sum of Rs. 25,000=00 {rupees twenty five thousand} in the trial Court within three weeks thereafter.
