As per reports of C.J.M., Mathura dated 28.7.2018 & 10.8.2018 the appellant no.1 Harbhajan and appellant no.2 Gopal have died in the year 1986 and 1989 respectively.
In view of the enclosures to the above reports, the appeal in respect of two appellants is liable to be abated.
Since the appeal was filed by Harbhajan and Gopal, the two appellants both of whom have died, the appeal abates in toto and is liable to be dismissed as such.
The appeal is dismissed as abated, accordingly.
