Heard Sri D.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Irshad Hussain, learned AGA for the State.
The present petition has been filed with the prayer directing the respondents not to interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.
Learned AGA pointed out that the prayer made in the present petition is misconceived and not maintainable to which learned counsel for the petitioner could not waive out the preliminary objection of the learned AGA.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy available under law before the appropriate forum.
