Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
By means of present applicant u/s 482, the applicant is seeking a direction upon the Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli to decide the case no. 1330 of 2014 (Hansraj Singh Vs. Shakti Kumar Singh) under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Dhanapur, District Chandauli, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli to decide the aforesaid criminal case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
