Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the respondents no. 2 and 3.
It is a case of the petitioner that he has been working as Tubewell Operator since 1983 on daily wage basis and thereafter as temporary employee in Nagar Nigam Moradabad. He has made repeated representations with regard to his regularization. It is his case that till date, his representation has not been considered.
This writ petition is disposed of without entering into the merits of the controversy, with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and call for a report from the respondent no. 3 and then pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
