Sri Sujan Singh one of the learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant had already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 9.8.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.27957 of 2021 but due to misunderstanding the present bail application has been filed.
It is further submitted that he does not want to press the present bail application and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayer is accepted.
The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
