THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE NOTICE DT.29.3.2016 ISSUED BY R-3 (VIDE ANNX-F). GRANT AN INTERIM ORDER TO STAY THE NOTICE DT.29.3.2016 ISSUED BY R-3 (VIDE ANNX-F) & ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Manmohan P.N, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
i) issue a writ of certiorari and quash the notice dated 29-3- 2016 bearing No.HAGUPA/JAASA/01/2015-16 issued by Respondent No.3 (Produced as Annexure-“F”).
ii) pass such other orders as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of this petition in case the period of lease granted in favour of the petitioner still subsists. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
