JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present Second Appeal under section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred by the appellants herein - original defendants to quash and set aside the impugned judgement and order passed by the learned appellate Court - learned Assistant Judge, Kutch at Bhuj in Regular Civil Appeal No. 79 of 1980.
Today when the present Second Appeal is taken up for final haring, Mr.Suresh M. Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants has submitted that he has no further instructions in the mater.
Present Second Appeal is of the year 1983, which cannot be adjourned. Under the circumstances, present Second Appeal is dismissed for default for want of instructions by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants.
