1. We have heard Mr.Mehul S.Shah, learned counsel appearing for the appellant. The order of the learned Single Judge was passed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The Division Bench of this Court in Gustadji Dhanjisha Buhariwala and another vs. Nevil Bamansha Buhariwala and others 2011(2) GLH 147 has held that Letters Patent Appeal challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge under Article 227 of the Constitution of Indian is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. As a consequence, Civil Application is also dismissed.
