Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original applicants to restore the Civil Application No.4429 of 2012 in Second Appeal (Stamp) No.61 of 2012 by condoning the delay in preferring the present application.
Having heard Shri Mansuri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and considering the averments in the application and on assurance given by Shri Mansuri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants that as and when civil applications are taken up for admission hearing, he will remain present and argue out the case, present application is allowed by condoning the delay in preferring the present application and Civil Application No.4429 of 2012 is hereby ordered to be restored to file. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
