JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, dated 28.12.2016, stating that he has not given any consent to the Advocate to file the present Civil Revision Petition and prayed for to struck off the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only at the instruction of the petitioner, he has filed the present Civil Revision Petition and due to some dispute between the petitioner and his relatives, he has sent a letter dated 28.12.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that he has not given any instructions. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the request of the petitioner contained in the letter received by this Court on 02.01.2017 to strike off the Civil Revision Petition and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
