JUDGMENT / ORDER

This civil application is filed for staying the order dated 24.09.2010 and further to permit the present applicant to render his services at Madhavpura Police Station, Ahmedabad pending the aforesaid Special Civil Application No. 12765 of 2010.
Without entertaining this application, it will be appropriate to fix the main matter for hearing on 08.08.2012.
It is made clear that this matter is to be shown on the first number in the final hearing board.
