O R D E R In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to renew the license of M/s.Saraswathi Hullar and Flour Mill, situated at Ganesh Gudi Beedi, Hunsuru Town.
2. The application filed by the petitioner for renewal of license has been rejected by the respondent No.1 by issuing an endorsement dated 6.5.2019 vide Annexure-D.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the license, which is sought to be renewed has already been expired on 31.3.2019. The only remedy available to the petitioner is to file a fresh application for license. If such application is filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application for trade license within two weeks from today. If such an application is filed, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of application.
