BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES (PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The matter was mentioned in the morning for moving Speaking to Minutes in order of the Court dated 17.09.2013. Permission was granted. Papers are received from the Registry. Learned advocate Ms.Mamta R. Vyas for the applicant invited attention of the Court to Speaking to Minutes and requested that the following phrase be added in the order:
100 students are required to be allotted, as the application is made for 100 students and the process of the application is also undertaken by the authority for 100 students.
Taking into consideration the fact that the application filed by the present appellant was for 100 students and therefore, the Admission Committee is required to allot 100 students and earlier also the order was for allotment of 100 students, the last sentence in para 2 of order dated 17.09.2013 is modified as under:
The last sentence pre-modification :
.. .. On such undertaking being filed during the course of the day, the Admission Committee is directed to allot students to the applicant institution.
The last sentence post-modification :
.. .. On such undertaking being filed during the course of the day, the Admission Committee is directed to allot 100 students as the application is made for 100 students and the application is also processed by the authorities for 100 students, to the applicant- institution.
2. The Speaking to Minutes is disposed of. Direct service is permitted today.
