Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the representation of the petitioners for re-fixation of their pension shall be duly considered in accordance with law and disposed of by the said respondent with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
