This criminal appeal has been filed against the Judgement and order of conviction dated 22.02.1986 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Agra in Sessions Trial No. 503 of 1984 (State Vs. Hari Singh and others).
The notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra dated 22.02.2021 confirming the death of sole appellant Gutti.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as abated.
