By the instant revision, revisionist is challenging the order dated 24.04.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Banda in Case No. 459/IX of 2017 (Guru Prasad vs. Ram Karan Yadav & others), under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Tindwari, District Banda, whereby, application filed by the revisionist was rejected.
After advancing argument at length, learned counsel for the revisionist, on instruction, submits that revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to take remedy, if permissible, against the Gram Pradhan under the relevant Act and Rules for his removal.
The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
