Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Abhay Nitin Singh, learned counsel for first informant and learned AGA for the State.
Applicants- Gurmeet Singh and Manjeet Singh seeks anticipatory bail in Criminal Case No. 1376 of 2018, Case Crime No. 0117 of 2016, under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Bilaspur, District Rampur pending in the court of C.J.M., Rampur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
