1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR being CR No.II-18/2007 registered with Kheralu Police Station, Dist- Mehsana, on the grounds stated in the application.
2. Learned Advocate Mr.M.K. Patel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, including the right to make an application for discharge before the Trial Court. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The Present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
